Craftsmanship & Manufacturing Defects
If an item arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect or does not conform to the item ordered, please contact returns@luxurycashmereclub.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Eligible claims are handled in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
Natural Cashmere Characteristics
Cashmere is a natural noble fibre. Minor variation in fibre loft, heathering, texture and dye-lot depth can occur and does not, by itself, constitute a manufacturing defect.
Altered & Bespoke Pieces
Altered and bespoke garments are subject to the specific alteration quality guarantee described in our Alterations & Custom Tailoring Policy.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your country of residence. Except where a specific commercial warranty is expressly stated on a product page or written order confirmation, no additional commercial warranty is offered beyond those statutory rights and the remedies described in our published policies.
