5.1 Shipping Partners
We partner with two trusted carriers to ensure reliable, fully tracked global transit:
- DHL Express (Priority International Courier):
- Fast, express door-to-door transit with end-to-end milestone tracking and signature on delivery.
- Typical delivery time: 3 to 7 business days to Europe, North America, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
- Mauritius Post (EMS / Registered Airmail):
- Reliable postal dispatch operated via the national postal service and Universal Postal Union (UPU) network.
- Typical delivery time: 10 to 21 business days depending on country of destination and local customs clearance speed.
5.2 Order Processing & Fulfillment Timelines
- Ready-to-Wear Items: Dispatched within 1 to 3 business days following order verification.
- Customized or Altered Items: Require an additional 3 to 7 business days for our master tailors to execute adjustments prior to dispatch.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding official Mauritian public holidays.
5.3 Tracking & Insurance
Once your package is collected by DHL or Mauritius Post, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. All shipments are insured against loss or transit damage until verified delivery at your designated address.
5.4 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- Cross-Border Shipments: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authority.
- Unless specifically stated at checkout as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), all import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected directly by DHL or your local postal operator prior to or upon delivery.
- Refusal to pay customs duties does not constitute an authorized return. Return shipping and storage fees incurred due to customs refusal will be deducted from any eligible refund.
