7.1 Customer-Supplied Measurements
- When ordering an alteration or bespoke garment, the customer is solely responsible for providing precise, accurate measurements according to our measurement guide.
- If you are uncertain about sizing or measurements, we urge you to consult our concierge team before confirming your alteration order.
7.2 Finality of Altered and Custom Orders
- All altered, tailored, modified, or bespoke garments are strictly FINAL SALE and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- Once alteration work has commenced in our workshop, the order cannot be cancelled or altered further.
7.3 Alteration Quality Guarantee
- We warrant that all alterations are executed by skilled artisans adhering to our strict luxury knitwear finishing standards.
- In the rare event that an alteration fails to conform to the written measurements agreed upon in your written order confirmation (with an acceptable tailoring tolerance of ± 1.0 cm due to the flexible drape of knitted cashmere fibers), Luxury Cashmere Club will adjust the garment at our cost or provide a suitable resolution.
- Any defect or non-conformity must be reported to tailoring@luxurycashmereclub.com within 48 hours of package delivery with clear photographs and measurement evidence.
