8.1 Payment Methods
Luxury Cashmere Club accepts major international payment methods including:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB
- Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Secure International Bank Transfers (for high-value bespoke commissions)
8.2 PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliance & Tokenization
- Security is paramount. We process all digital payments through tier-1, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways.
- All payment sessions utilize industry-standard TLS 1.3 cryptographic encryption.
- Payment data is securely tokenized directly with the payment provider. M.A.S.T. IMPORT EXPORT LTD does not capture, store, or have access to full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or card security pins on our Mauritius servers or Singapore hosting infrastructure.
8.3 3D Secure (3DS) & Fraud Screening
- To protect our clients against fraudulent charges, transactions are subject to 3D Secure 2.0 (3DS) authentication (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check, etc.).
- We employ real-time automated fraud detection systems. If an order is flagged as high-risk or suspicious, we reserve the right to request proof of identity or cancel and refund the transaction before dispatch.
8.4 Currency and Foreign Transaction Fees
- All prices are displayed in the selected currency (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP, MUR).
- Depending on your card issuer’s policy and billing country, your bank may apply international transaction fees or currency conversion surcharges. Luxury Cashmere Club is not responsible for fees levied by your card-issuing bank.
